Steve Walker
About Steve:
He has 22 years experience in Martial arts. He has been training kickboxing and karate classes as well as learning the Muay Thai style and Go Ju Ru karate style. He holds a current karate and kickboxing rank of 2nd Dan and is certified in practiced weapons training which includes self defense against knife attacks.
He also has vast experience in all areas of Personal training and is passionate about designing various types of exercise programs for fitness, weight loss, weight training, nutrition, and meditation exercises to improve mindset and focus.
Steve will be taking Kids MMA classes Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
4:30pm – Beginners
5:30pm – Advanced
Saturdays:
9:30am – Adults Boxing
10:30am – Kids Boxing
Steve is also available for PT’s upon request!

Jake Hawli
ABOUT JAKE
Jake has been training, teaching and Competing in all aspects of MMA for the last 4 Years. The styles include Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and BJJ.
His passion is to one day compete on a professional level in MMA.
Jake’s training approach to martial arts is a fun and creative style, by teaching his students how to move and coordinate their bodies in new ways while enjoying the process of achieving the best version of themselves.
He also specialises in HIIT training & Mental Strength which can complement Martial arts and all areas of Health, fitness and lifestyle.
Jake will be taking group class Monday to Thursday Nights at 6:30pm and is available for 1 on 1 sessions upon request.
