Why you got into the industry:- Training was the only thing I enjoyed doing! When I was younger any of the jobs I had never left me feeling accomplished, so I became a personal trainer and have loved working with people ever since.
One piece of advice for clients:- The most important thing you can do when it comes to your health, fitness or any aspect of your life is creating consistency and remaining consistent. It doesn’t work if you’re trying to run a sprint, you’re here for the marathon to longevity, This is the mindset you need to accept.
