- We enjoy training good people. Our members encourage and motivate each other. We will motivate and challenge you but not break you.
- If you don’t enjoy having a laugh every now and then during a hit out you probably need to lighten up! We don’t take ourselves that seriously we cant have a bit of fun and a laugh every now and then.
