Functional-Fit

This awesome cross-training class moves you through a group warm up followed by strength and/or skill training, and finishing off with a WOD (Workout Of The Day). The emphasis is on building strength through functional movements and also increasing fitness and endurance. And another bonus, you will increase mobility and flexibility as our expert trainer encourages you to improve your range of motion and enhance form. This class is a definite bang for your buck!
