Why you got into the industry:- Growing up I have always had an interest in a healthy lifestyle. At age 16 I fell in love with the gym environment and all the good things that come from it. By 18 I had my own personal trainer helping me push myself to my goals and get to where I could see myself being. While working retail I knew I wasn’t completely happy and my passion was in health and fitness so started my role as a personal trainer.
One piece of advice for clients:- Always remember why you started. It might not be easy but all your hard work will pay off in the end and it will be worth it.
