Favourite Exercise:- All of them. But if I had to be specific, the landmine press would be my favorite weights exercise and on the mats, anything that involves the sweep 😉

Why you got into the industry:- To help people achieve their fitness goals and educating them by sharing the knowledge and experience I have gathered on my own journey.
One piece of advice for clients:- If you’re not happy with your current body/weight/composition, then you must understand that it didn’t become like that overnight. So you mustn’t be under the illusion that you can change all of that overnight.
